Our Process:
Extraction
The most important part of drying any water damaged area is to first completely extract any and all standing water. This ensures efficiency during the drying process. Our team of highly trained professionals will begin with removing all standing water in the area.
Dehumidification
Dehumidification is an essential part of our process for properly drying your home or business. While fans help with evaporating water by moving air across wet surfaces, our dehumidifiers then pull the moisture out of the air further streamlining the drying process.
Airflow
Once extraction is complete, our technicians begin removing any unsalvageable materials affected by the water. After which, turbo dryers are placed in a strategic manner to create proper airflow for systematic drying. As the area progressively dries, equipment is slowly removed.
Sanitation
After the removal of unsalvageable materials, extraction, and the setting up of the necessary equipment, we will frequently treat affected areas with an anti-microbial agent to treat and prevent any possibility of mold growth.
Category 1: This type of water has no substantial risk of causing sickness. Examples of this water are broken water supply lines, tub or sink overflows, appliance malfunctions, etc.
Category 3: This water is grossly unsanitary source or carries pathogenic agents. This water is disease causing. This includes discharge from toilets that originate from beyond the toilet trap etc.
Types of Water:
There are 3 main classifications of water. Each of which requires a different approach of handling in order to properly treat your home or business.
Category 2: This type of water has a high degree of chemical, biological, and/or physical contamination. Examples are toilet bowl overflows, dishwasher or washer discharges, etc.
